I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is chic and popular.
The breakfast was super and decently. Functional rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, bathroom was large. The hotel's location was very central, on the activities.

It was reasonably priced. Thanks all for a really nice stay for wedding. The location was unbeatable for walking around The Cromwell Museum. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. A lounge restaurant was reasonably priced with garden.

A great hotel right in the centre of Huntingdon. The place is steeped in history and as we had overseas friends with us they were fascinated. Very quiet, good rooms and excellent breakfast. Evening meal was great value for money and good quality. Would recommend to anyone, nothing we didn't like.

The courtyard area is a perfect spot for a drink, and the local charm really shines through. We had a great time exploring nearby shops and local history, and the historic ambiance added to the experience.

I felt the hotel was adequate for my 2 night stay.I did not complain about the dirty smelly bathroom because it was very clear the hotel was understaffed, i prefered to use my room maid to change my sheets to ensure they were clean. However I do recomend this hotel over the Bridge Hotel at the other end of town becasue the staf, especially the night portert Danny, the lack of pretentious people and guests made me feel more like I was visiting family rather than a grand aunt. If you are looking for lower management comrades this is where you will find them Value for money was good, although i never ate the breakfast included in the troom The bed was comfortable although the room appears quite stark when you first enter the TV works and its nice to actually open the window and get some fresh air.
I visited the local supermarket and purchased bleach, rubber gloves and air freshener and thoroughly scrubbed the shower curtain, the tub and bathroom floor, once the awful smell had gone i was content to sleep and shower there. The restaurant food is decent by English standards but far from gourmet. I do not recomend the bar menu.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Food good. Room was comfortable enough. Met all my requirements. Free wi-fi.
Appreciate it is a very old building but lighting in room was not very good. Had to seek out staff at breakfast to find my table.
