The tired decor needs urgent refurbishment!!! Noise disturbances from parties late at night can really disrupt sleep. Bathrooms show serious signs of wear and could use a complete overhaul!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored Cambridge and Grafham Water, great places to visit. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for our adventures, and we really enjoyed our stay.

One downside was that our room's decor felt a bit dated, and there was some mould in the shower that needed cleaning.

Breakfast had its own adventure, with long wait times and incorrect orders that left me slightly frustrated and unimpressed.
